Survival Shield Outfitters plans to offer FREE standard shipping on all products to eligible United States addresses, with no minimum purchase required.

Standard shipping costs will be included in the product prices, and eligible orders will have no additional standard shipping charge at checkout.

Products may ship from warehouses located within the United States or internationally, depending on product availability.

Orders will be shipped within the handling period required by eCRATER and applicable law. Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the product, warehouse location, shipping carrier, and destination.

Internationally fulfilled orders may require additional transit time and customs processing.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

4. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Survival Shield Outfitters accepts return requests for eligible products within 30 calendar days after delivery.

To qualify for a standard return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include their original packaging and accessories when applicable.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

REFUNDS
